I got contacts lenses recently and I've been wearing them for about a week. (They are two week lenses.) This morning I saw one lense looked damaged but I was in a hurry so I put it in anyways. I haven't had any irritation problems all day (they're actually really comfy for once) but I don't want to scratch my eye taking them out. I use the sliding method because I can't get them out the other way. What do I do to make sure I don't scratch my eye?
