Just had my vision tested but I don't understand my prescription?

the eye doctor said my vision is bad right eye so he ordered a stronger scrip for my right lens is this bad should I be worried. He also recommend that I see a ophthalmologist to see if I have any eye disease I'm kind of scared pic of scrip below is my is vision that bad?
