Is it against my human right to not be allowed to go into the bathroom in the house I live in? (Live in UK)?

Hello so I'm 16 and living with my mom and we're currently having this giant argument at the moment and she has stopped me from accessing a few things (the argument doesn't matter this will be sorted out eventually)
First of all she told me that I was not allowed to use any of the dishes including plates, pots and pans, untencils. She said that I need to go out and buy paper plates and plastic knives and forks etc. The next thing she has done is said that I'm not allowed to use the main family bathroom. She has gone far enough as to take everything of mine in there out of the bathroom and put it in my room. Bear in mind we have two other smaller bathrooms one of them in my room that has a shower, sink and toilet. But no mirror (this will make more sense in a bit.)
Now I have started to wear contact lenses and am on my trial so I needed to go to the bathroom with a mirror to take them out and when my mom heard that i was in there she said 'get out of my bathroom' so then I started to wonder if it was against my human right to not be able to go into the bathroom in the house that I live in. Not only that but I get PIP for my mental health issues and it goes into my moms bank account and when I asked her for some money so that I could buy a train ticket to my boyfriends she said no because I'm not allowed to ask her for any money anymore. I genuinely don't know what to do because this house in genuinely not good living conditions for me anymore.
