I found an old photo ID my mom had taken before she retired. I love the picture and would like a copy large enough to frame, maybe 8 x12. I tried to make a larger photo myself but it didn't turn out well. How can I get a picture that's decent from this laminated ID card? I considered contacting one of those online photo realistic artists but I really just want a photograph. Any help would be appreciated.
