I'm getting a new pair of glasses, and I have a question about prescription strength and lens thickness. This is my prescription:
Right eye: -3.25
Left eye: -2.25 Cyl. -1.25
My frame size is 54-18-145, and I think my pupillary distance (PD) is about 57 mm. Is my prescription considered a strong prescription? I'm just going to get the basic CR-39 plastic lenses right now, but should I be worried about my glasses being too thick? Should I get a different lens type like a high-index lens? Thanks for any advice.
