it seems if I go a day without cleaning my contact lenses and just putting them straight into new solution they're fine but if I put them on my palm, pour solution over them and rub them, they end up dirtier than before, and when i put them in my eye the next day it's too irritated to keep in. I'm not sure why this is or if it's maybe soap still on my hands perhaps but they have dots and bits which don't seem to come off. Thanks:-)
