My helix piercing is infected?

I recently got a helix piercing a little more than a month ago. I have a bump on the back of my ear where the earring exits. I have been treating it with a saline solution for a while now and it seems it may have gone down a tiny bit, but I'm not entirely sure. But this morning, I woke up and there is now a bump/bubble on the inside of my ear near the entrance hole. Should I pop it and let it drain or do I leave it alone? How should I treat this?
Also, it looks like my earring is in at an angle if that makes a difference?
Thanks!
Added (1). Also, the saline I use is contact lens solution if that matters.
I also heard that Tea Tree Oil can really help. Should I try that?
