I am planning to get eye contacts in the next few months, but I am not sure of what kind would be best. My vision is around -6.00, i was hoping to get contacts but because of my vision i couldnt find any in my prescription in my area. My sister uses acuvue and her precription is very close to mine. Also, what types of foods and vitamins help my eyes get better? Thanks
