After eating flaming hot cheetos, i didn't wash my fingers thoroughly enough, and took out my left contact lens with the fingers i was eating with. It now has a slight reddish hue, and i'm of course terrified to put it back in my eye (and most certainly will not). Should i be able to clean it properly with my contact solution, or is it a lost cause?
