How long am i able to wear my contact lenses?

I got a years worth of contacts from the eye doctor on February 24 but i forgot to ask how long i can wear each pair. Im assuming they're for 2 months each but when i do the math i run out in December but i assumed i would run out in February so am i wrong can someone please explain this to me and give me an exact date i should switch contacts i would appreciate it

Want the understanding of convex lenses?

1. If convex lens of focal lenth "f" is cut laterrally into 2 equal halves. Then focal lenth of eachh part becums "2f".
2. If convex lens of focal lenth "f" is cut horizontally into 2 equal halves. Then focal lenth of eachh part remains same i.e f.
3. If two convex lenses ( or concave lenses) of equal focal lenth are placed in contact, the resultant focal lentg is… " f=f/2"
4. If a convex and a concave lens r placed together then resultatn focal lenth is f = infinity.
P.S. I em not very sure about 2nd point.
Okkk so now i hav memorized these but i wanna understand the way how we evaluate these answers or are these based on any conceptual logic?

Lenscrafters lenses prices?

I spoke to a woman on the phone and she said they started at 190.i'm a -4.50 (both eyes) in contacts and i know my prescription will be stronger in glasses… Does anyone have any idea what my lenses price might be? I don't need fancy lenses--i'm be wearing my contacts most of the time.

I Live in San Diego and I Can't Buy my contact Lenses without a Prescription, my prescription expired 2 days ago and Cost Just for the Exam is $85 at Walmart (ridiculous), where can I get a cheap Eye exam for my Contact Lenses?

I am only taking carry on luggage and am not sure if my daily lenses need to be in my clear plastic bag with other liquids or in my carry on case

Inside the eye, where is the mirror?

You know how inside the human eye, images that you are viewing turn up upside down inside your eye, kin of like a mirror? Does anyone know where that "mirror" inside your eye is? Is it in the lens or what?

My eye is red and swollen?

Last night I went camping with my friends, we had glow sticks with us, and around 2am we decided to put one end of a glow stick in the campfire until it melted and then swing the stick around, and glow juice would go everywhere. Well a little bit flung in my eye. My friend ryan got some in his eye too, but he washed it out with water. There was no water left for me so I didn't rinse mine.

I woke up this morning and it was all swollen and plastered shut, and it is bloodshot red. Ryan's eye was fine, so rinsing it must have fixed it.

Now what do I do? I wear contacts, should I change the contact lens to a new one?

Colored contact lens/ cosmetic lens? (Adriana Lima)?

I'd like to have adriana lima's eyes, because she's gorgeous. My face is incredible similar with her face. I've have the same lips, nose, cheeks, skin color, hair color, cheeks, I even have the same mole in the chin like her at the same place. It's kind of scary. But i don't have the eye color that she has(i've brown eyes), but my father has! I was thinking in use freshlook turquoise, but it's not bad for eyes? I need help *
Added (1). Ohh, and i'm portuguese, so we talk the same language. It's really scary! X) but i'm only 15 years old!

Is costco brand (kirland) contact lens multipurpose solution good?

I know that store brand contact solutions arent that good, but i heard that costco brand contact lens multipurpose solution is really good… Is it really good? Does it disinfect well?
