I m 17 and 2 yrs ago I used to play loads of video games and that s why my eyesight deteriorated, things from a distance look slightly bury, I had an eye test done and they said I don t require permanent glasses but they recommended 0.5 lenses for when I m playing video games, I stopped playing 2 years ago. Recently I have been taking care of my eyes and on good days when it s sunny my eyesight from a far is rly good but will it ever heal?
