Eye Dr. Says that he won't give me a corrective lens when he does the cataract surgery. He claims my brain won't like it. My other eye is not a candidate for the corrective vision right now. I'm up for having good vision in one eye. I have to wear glasses. I wonder if It might make my prescription better and be less expensive when I get glasses in the future if I have one eye that can see better. I will need correction for reading either way. What do you think? Anyone know anything about it?

Is it normal to have better vision with contact lenses than glasses?
I noticed how I have a little trouble seeing at night with my glasses (especially looking at road signs from a distance). My vision looks exactly like a glasses lenses smudged but with my contacts lenses I see everything crystal clear both day and night as if I have 20/20 vision. I don't know my prescription for my glasses but my contacts lenses are L: -7.00, R:-7.50.
