Saline solution for belly button piercing?

I got my belly button pierced almost 2 months ago, I have been using dial gold soap on my belly piercing, sea salt soaks everyday, but it still is alittle red, has something coming out of it every once in awhile. Am i able to use contact lenses saline solution? Saline solution for belly button piercing
