Scholarships or Tuition Waivers for someone with really bad vision, but not blind?

This is for Texas universities.

I'm not considered legally blind. I do have really, really bad vision, but with glasses or contacts, I'm back at 20/20.

My eyes by themselves though… I couldn't last a day without corrective lenses.

I know that in Texas, DARS will waive your tuition to any TX university if you're legally blind, but is there anything out there for someone like me, who isn't, but does have really bad eyes?
