In my country, instead of diopters, (or in my case/age group) we focus more on the eye grade of our glasses. My eye grade is 450 L/R. I have glasses and contact lenses. But I dont know how diopters work. I know I m near-sighted so it would be a minus(-) but I dont know the rest. Please help. I lost the paper where it has it. I m about to buy a new pair of lenses but I dont know what s the exact prescription.
