I am thinking about getting contacts. I have started my new job. I've never worn them. I have astigmatism. After my initial test, does the doctor have contact lenses on hand for you to try out? Or do you have to pay for contacts until you find the correct pair? I have cash on hand for the initial test, but not to pay for anything else until my checks start. I don't know anyone who has contacts or I'd ask them. Thanks!
