What is wrong with my eyesight? - 2

I have astigmatism in both of my eyes and have had glasses since first grade. For the past about five years my vision has severely gotten so much worse. I get a completely different prescription from the eye doctor every time I go in and every time I get new lenses after like six months my eyes get almost immune to them and they get worse so I can't see even with my glasses on. My insurance only lets me get new glasses every two years but I know I need a new prescription way before that. I also get such bad headaches from my eyes having to seriously struggle to read anything more than like half a foot away from my face. It is very irritating. I honestly can't see anything.
