I mean for someone who has amblyopia which can no longer be fixed and does not use the bad eye when the other one is open. Are they better off just getting a contact lens for their good eye, because a contact for their bad eye would be quite a waste of money right? I'm just wondering because my mom has it.
Added (1). btw i know eye doctors are probably reluctant to give contacts to people who only has one "useful" eye because contacts bear a risk of infection & can do damage to the good eye, but i was wondering what happens if they do
