Why can't our Asian women accept what they look like naturally?

Living in Asia, plastic surgery and other type of cosmetic procedures are huge. Including, whitening of the skin, which can be permanent. Fillers to enhance the Asian nose bridge which is made to make it more look like a white womans nose. Eye coloured contact lenses. Surgery in Korea is huge-making jaws look more feminine etc, eyelid surgery to make the eyes look bigger. I’m Asian myself and why can’t our women just be happy and accept what they look like normally? Yes some white women get surgery as well, but it’s never to look like another race, and yes some of my Caucasian friends do get spray tans but it’s more for a glow to look healthier-never to change their skin colour permanently.
