I can't get an appointment until April with the opthamologist. But my eye muscles are getting really sore when reading (except when I'm outdoors, oddly). I have +6 contact lenses and I'm 39 years old. If I go to the store and buy readers to use over them my contact lenses, how strong should they be? Would there be a difference in their strength for computer use versus reading a book?
