So I have a pair of eyeglasses have an equal strength of -0.50. I was wondering what would probably be the contact lens strength if I got contacts. Would it be the same strength as the eyeglasses? Anyway please don't tell me that I have to get an eye exam, I know. Please only doctors answer. First answer that has the strength that I would need to get contacts in will get best answer.
