This may sound a stupid question, but bare with me…
The only reason I can find why looking at computers puts strain on your eyes is that it puts loads of strain on your muscles and your lens.
But, my theory is that as the human body is adaptable, won't the muscles etc. get used to constant computer use and eventually adapt? I mean, this is the first generation to look at computer screens a lot, so how do we know this isn't the case?
Is there something I'm missing, or will the eyes simply adapt to the size of computer screens and not to real life?
