Can I get this mark on my eye removed?

I didn't have it as a child, I noticed it in middle school and I am not a college graduate.It doesn't affect my vision, it's actually my good eye. I do wear prescribed lenses. I want to get it removed, it affects my self esteem. People always point it out when I meet them.It's a bit embarrassing. I want to get it removed, would anyone know where I can go and about how much it will cost? I have no insurance.
