Is it bad to wear contacts and glasses with different prescriptions?

I recently just got contact lenses. My eyesight is very bad- i am (roughly) -7.75 on my right eye and about -7.5 on my left eye. I got new glasses last March, and just got lenses, but because my eyesight has changed since last March and i haven t gotten new glases, my lenses are stronger. So would it be bad for my eyesight to be wearing my lenses and glasses, even though they have different prescriptions? For example, after i take of my lenses in the evening, if i wore my glasses, would it be bad for my eyes as they have different prescriptions? Thanks
