Due to a high level of astigmatism I wear gas permeable contact lenses. For the first six months they worked very well, but now they are sagging and catch on my upper eyelids due to the thickness of the lenses (we have tried several adjustments).
Do you know if switching to larger diameter Scleral lens will help reduce the sagging/catching and improve their centration?
