Itching and burning due to contact lens?

Hi i have been wearing contact lens for long time and never faced this. One day just woke up and put the contact lens and one eye started hurting like hell. Thought lens would be dirty so removed it. But the pain was still not completely gone. Went to pharmacy and got the optic cleaner for eyes. I wasent even able to open eyes in sun and at work i just realized that itching and pain increases due to stove heat. And after while removing them it also hurts. But if i dont wear them for 2-3 days its gets fine. Any idea what could be the problem? I know i should consult eye doctor but just wondering if you guys faced similar problem. Any help would be great. Thank you
