I recently got monthly contacts (probably a month ago) and I noticed that every time I take them out, I feel like there's something in my eye. I've tried washing them, keeping them closed or open, rubbing them, etc. I know I'm not supposed to rub them, but it just hurts so much sometimes.cis it because the contacts scratched my eye? Thanks
