I own some "month" contact lenses that are recommended to take out and clean every night, but my eye doctor said that they let oxygen through, so it's okay if i forget from time to time. I have not changed my contacts in about six months, and I have only taken them out two or three times since putting this set in. I have noticed a sty every couple of weeks, but are there any long-term risks like cataracts or is that just a myth?
