I wore my contact lens the wrong way?! What will happen?!

I've been wearing OrthoK lens for a year now and this is the first time I mistakenly put the right one in the left eye and the left one in the right eye. I didn't notice that yesterday night, and today after I woke up and took them out I realized that I've been putting it in the wrong eye. Now my vision is a bit blurry but I was wondering, can anything serious happen?
Added (1). Btw OrthoK lenses ar what you wear at night and take out in the morning
Added (2). Sorry I forgot to mention, It was really hard to take out the lenses this morning. And it hurts after taking them out
