Eyeglass and contact prescriptions are different?

i know that the two are sometimes different but this seems like such a huge difference especially because for the last two years my axis has been 180 for the right and 170 for the left on both prescriptions.
am i overreacting and this is completely normal or it actually unusual? Eyeglass and contact prescriptions are different
