Can you clean a new piercing with contact lense solution?

I got my nose pierced today and the lady that did it said to clean with salt water. When I got home I did some searching around the internet for tips, techniques, do's and dont's. People were saying to use sea salt and not table salt. It's too late for me to go out and buy anything now and I won't be going shopping for a few days. In other forums people have asked about sterile solution that are meant for contact lenses but the replies have said it's cheaper to make salt water. I wear contact lenses so already have solution. It is specsavers easy vision allpurpouse preservative free solution. Is it ok/ safe to use this?
