Do modern 'scientists' have a name?
Why I ask:
Whether it's Space.com, discover.com, bbc or cnn, online, it seems like all scientists have created a collective link and have lost their identity. Are they Borg?
For instance,
This article declaring the nameless 'Scientists' discover Earthâs âStar Trekâ-style invisible shield, but the 'scientist's indiviual names are only uncovered later.

Or there's this article on Newsweek which discusses new 3d printed contacts invented by 'scientists', yet strangely not naming the leads and referring to them as a collective team.
