Hello, I was thinking of purchasing these lenses from PinkyParadise: http://www.pinkyparadise.com/GEO-Ultra-CK105-p/a7-xck105.htm however I wasn't sure how to go about inputting my prescription information for the order.
I do have astigmatism, which complicates it a bit I suppose, but hopefully I can get some help. I'm not sure which info is relevant, and there are two tables on my prescription form so I will include both sets of info:

I'm not looking for them to be 100% perfect, of course, but enough to be comfortable would be great. Any help/input/further info would be greatly appreciated!
