In a lecture hall, there was a female student with a laptop. She was viewing the same presentation presented by the lecturer at that moment.
The strange part is that not only was her display zoomed in to a ridiculous level, she was also leaning her head very closely to the screen. I would estimate 10-15 centimetres. And this way, she was reading from it. She wore no glasses. She might have had contact lenses, but if she had, wouldnt that actually free her from having to do that?
I am baffled by this experience, and its bugging me. Can anyone try to guess the diagnosis and/or reason, and offer a laic explanation?
