I wear glasses with a prescription that says:
right sph:-5.5 cyl:-0.5 axis:95 Hprism:1.0
left sph:-4.75 cyl:-0.5 axis:50 Hprism:1.0
I would like to try contact lenses as I hate my glasses but someone said that if I need a prism in my glasses I can't wear contacts.
There seems to be lots of varying things on the web as to if I can or can't with a prism. Can anyone put me straight?
I'm in the UK and currently go to either Vision Express or Specsavers
Added (1). For both eyes it says "base:OUT"
How can I tell if it is a vertical or horizontal prism?
