approx -8 to -9 in glasses, im looking to get new frames in a couple of months, at the moment my frames are medium sized and my eyes look small due my strong prescription,
so. Are medium or large frames better formy strong prescription? Small frames wouldnt be as good right?
without glasses everything is a blur. Cant see

Added (1). yes but what frame size is best to see well and look OK? I know the lenses make my eyes small.
