I got shampoo in my eye and I rubbed and rinsed my eye. Then when i got out of the shower, I rubbed it again and my vision in that eye was blurry for about 20 seconds. This is not the first time that happened.
*I wear glasses, prescription is +5 in both eyes.
*The first time it happened was with my contact lenses.
How do i prevent this from happening and will it make me go blind eventually?
