Before I put my contact lenses in this morning I always take an anti-histamine for hay fever/allergies.
Also, when putting the contacts in my eye I always dry my finger and make the lens as dry as possible as if it is wet it slides down my finger and it's impossible to get it in my eye.
My eyes are a little sore and I suppose "dry" but I was worried in case their was dirt in them or were inside out or something. But I think they're just dry.
What do you think?
I don't really want to go blind so if you could give me some advice that would be appreciated!

Added (1). Is "saline" just the contact lens solutions or is it something else?
