1.59 vs 1.61 for -5.00 lenses?

One eye is -5.00, the other is -4.75, rimless glasses. Should I get 1.59 Polycarbonate or 1.61 High index? Or even 1.67, which is £15 higher than the 1.61? Will there be any noticeable differences?
