When I was at primary school people used to tease me and call me 'blinky', but I got used to it. I'm 15 now and just started another new school but people have started teasing me again. I wear contact lenses, which i know can irritate your eyes, but I've been blinking a lot for years, even before i wore them.My eyes almost always feel tired and when i try to blink less it just makes my eyes sore. I try not to let it get to me but it annoys me because it's obviously noticeable. Any ways to help this, and also are there any conditions that could relate to it?
Added (1). Yeah I do blink less when i concentrate, if it's a habit though how can i break it?
