I'm 17 and I wear -8.50 and -8.00 glasses and my prescription is about a year old. A few days ago, a friend of mine got new glasses with -1.25 lenses. When I held her glasses over my own, things looked much clearer.So I thought I needed -9.75 and -9.25 glasses. I couldn't get an appointment at my own eye doctor for a month, so my mom took me to a place that has walk-in exams. I'm shocked at the prescription I got. -10.50 and -10.00.Is this possible in 1 year?
