Why do I have blurred vision in one eye, after contact hurt removing it?

Before anyone says "book an eye test." I'm not on a prescription and can't afford right now.

It took out my lense, it had been hurting the same eye after removing it for a few nights. It hurt more that night and it didn't stop. It watered so much and stung to the point I couldnt sleep. The next day was as bad and for a few days I was in pain (stinging) it hurt to blink.

Yesterday, I wore my contacts for a job interview. I took them out when I got home and wore my glasses again.

Haven't been wearing contacts since the incedent. Haven't put any makeup on since the incedent, let my eyes breathe, and wore my glasses.

Still having blurred vision and slightly impaired vision in the affected eye.
I can't see a cut or anything like I once previously did.

ALSO: I do not wear acrylic nails nor do I have long nails.
Contact lenses were in date. Not fashion lenses I do need them to see.

Blurry vision when I wear my contacts?

So I got contacts for the first time today and I've been wearing prescription glasses for about 6 years now. I noticed right away that when I had them my vision felt blurry I asked the optometrist about this and told me that my eyes should adjust to them soon but i don't know with my glasses I'm able to see clear. Also it's a pain getting them on and off my eyes feel strained. Ay e I just need more practice on this but for those who are experienced in wearing contact lenses is this normal? Or should I just go back and talk to the optometrist?

Extremely messy vision?

I keep seeing black dots in my vision almost as if I shined a flashlight in my face which I did not and my eyes can't seem to focus on one thing. I think it's only In one eye. I wear contact lenses and I'm afraid it's some sort of parasite. Will someone help?

Allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to contact lenses?

Lately, I've been getting a gross reaction from my monthly air optix contacts. I've had random green discharge and itchy eyes. When I wear daily contacts, my eyes do not respond this way. So I'm wondering if I can be allergic to either monthly contacts (because of maybe thickness, brand, etc) or air optix brand? I've been wearing air optix monthly's for about 6 years and have never had a problem until now. They only last like a couple days before they feel uncomfortable. Just wondering if you can develop an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to certain contacts.

Is a contact lens exam necessary?

I've already got a glasses prescription and want to order contacts online. Are the numbers on my glasses prescription different from what the numbers in a contact lens prescription would be?

How come some people seem to never develop presbyopia?

I have a friend who works in the optometry clinic, and has a patient who is aged 65, and does not wear glasses for distance or near. His binocular distance visual acuity is 20/15 (Snellen chart, at 20 ft) and binocular near visual acuity (Sloan Pocket card) is 20/20 at 16 inches. He only uses a weak +1.25 pair when he has to get very close to some tiny mechanical parts he will work on, like 6 inches close. I don't know what each eye is, but I was told he does not have mono vision as both eyes are the same level in diopters. No spherical correction, but cylindrical was like -0.25 for left eye and -0.50 for right eye… Any idea… As there's no way the lens can remain flexible that long, not even with genetics?

Eye contacts tips and questions?

I recently started wearing for the first time and was wondering about a few stuff…
My contacts are really dry at the end of the day since i have dry eye and eyedrops don't help and i accidentally took a short nap in them. Is there any way to keep the lens moisturized? Also, is there any contacts that are for dry eye and can be sleepable/able to nap in at Costco?

The optician that i got them from told me that they can be used for upto 1.5-2 years before being discarded but when i searched on internet i only found the maximim usage time of 30 days for soft lens. So what i want to confirm is if the optician who i bought them from lied to me or am i missing something?
