Is there anti-glare spray for glasses?

My glasses were $400, with transitions. With bright fluorescents and sunlight putting glares on my glasses and hurting my eyes, I would love to have anti reflective lenses. But I haven't even had these glasses for 7 months and I am NOT willing to pay a ton of money for a new pair.
Is there any way I could put a coating or something of the sort on myself?

Can wearing contacts before lasik mess my eyes up?

how bad did I **** up? I wore soft toric contact lenses for 1 day. 1 week later I did an appointment for lasik surgery where they measure my eyes. And then another week later I had eye surgery. My question is how long does it take for your eyes to return to normal shape after wearing contact lenses for one day?

I'm disgusted with myself?

For the past few years, my self esteem has gotten worse and worse. I feel gross compared to other people and always wonder about why I seem to look so disgusting. I have acne, and acne all scars all along my chin and my cheeks and even on back, I have a big ugly shaped nose, I have small eyes that I think are pretty but I'm pretty blind (nearsighted) and so my glasses make my eyes even smaller from the lenses, I'm not overweight at all but I feel huge, my hair is super dry and is uneven with split ends. My point is I can't seem to find anything about myself I like, cause it's not just my looks that I dislike (I'm shy and have trouble warming up to people because I'm insecure) I feel like people always tend to ignore me after a while. I have no confidence in myself.

Storing contacts during very long naps? Which ones can you do that with? Okay to everyday?

Hello! This is about contact lenses. I know you are not supposed to sleep in contact lenses. I am able to take long naps during the day (over two hours) but am wanting to wear my contacts out for the rest of the day or evening. Will storing them while I nap every day and then storing them again at night be too much wear on the lens or cause some kind of complication/infection due to coming in and out? Perhaps I could get extended wear. That way, I would be okay to nap in them and then I could just store them that one time at nighttime and not have to worry about wearing them out? I was advised that dailies couldn't hold up to being taken in and out. Please advise. Thanks.

sleeping with contact lens how dangerous is it? An article says it can damage or scratch the cornea and increases the activity of active microorganisms
but i know someone who sleeps with it for a long time already
