My glasses are making my eyes change physically! HELP?

I have monolids, that means that I don't have a crease. This is really common in asians. I have been wearing glasses since I was 10 years old and now it has been years. I didn't wear glasses so often during that time but now my vision is terrible and I can't really see without my glasses. I know this sounds odd but my ACTUAL EYEBALLS are starting to pop out of my head. Hahaha not so literal but my eyes used to be sunken in before I wore glasses… not anymore.MY eyes are seriously going outwards and I don't know why.My mom says this is common when wearing glasses for a long time (Look up yoo jae suk and see his eyes, he wore glasses for a long time and thats what happened pretty much). Oh and please don't say that my eyes look like that because they are behind lenses, even without my glasses, my eyes are outwards. PLEASE HELP ME! I don't know why its doing this.IT looks so weird.

Are my eyes going to be okay?

I didnt have any solution so i put my contact lenses in water I had them on for about 8 minutes but someone said I shouldn't do that so are my eyes going to be okay

Monovision contacts: How long does it take to adjust?

I have excellent distance vision and just need some help seeing close up (for reading, computer, etc.for presbyopia) I am on my third combination of lenses in about a week and a half.My current contact lens is a near-correction lens in my non-dominant eye and nothing for distance. I've worn it for about 4 days and it's very difficult adjusting to it. I've read different reports where people either love the contacts instantly or that it took them two weeks---but if you've tried this, how long did it take for you to adjust?

I've also tried multivision lenses in both eyes and a distance and near lens in each eye. If this doesn't work I'm going to try a single bifocal lens.

I don't want to wear reading glasses. I have a pair of progressive lenses that are scratched and I either have to get them fixed or wear contacts. I want the convenience of contacts but if they do not work I'll go back to progressive lenses.It took me 4 weeks to get used to my progressives.
Added (1). … but once I got used to my progressives, I loved them (except that glasses get scratched… and you have to have them on :-). thanks

Is this normal? contacts lenses?

I just got my contact lenses yesterday. This is my first time wearing them.Is it normal to have a slight aching around my forehead? Is this because my eye are getting used to them?

How to break the news that I can't wear contacts to my bf? - 1

I have very severe myopia (-5 and -7 I think) and I used to wear my contacts during all waking hours, but my eyes just can't take the stress anymore.My bf has never really seen me wear glasses and I'm not even sure that he knows I need them. Would it be a shock to him if I show up wearing my thick glasses the next time I'm with him? How do I tell him that I am not willing to wear lenses anymore?

Which side is the right side on this contact lens case?

We just got brand new contacts for our son and the right contact needs to be in the right eye, etc.etc.but we took both caps off the contact lens case and the dang case does not have an L or R inside the case itself. I know I put the right lens where the blue cap goes but I don't know what side the blue cap goes on??? If they threaded it differently, that would have been nice OR marked it with an L or an R… how to tell which is which now?

D you think my older sister is spoiled?

This year my parents spent 800$ on clothes for her and 1000$ for her MacBook laptop and each year she "NEEDS" to get a new iPad iPod touch and iPhone and since she doesn't have perfect vision anymore and she just magically got contacts lenses and she always get to go shopping way more than me and whenever I ask for anything my parents say I have "enough" stuff

Should I get freshlook contacts or acuvue contacts?

My sister got contacts like a couple of weeks ago and got freshlook. She said they are really comfortable and she loves them. I'm getting contacts tomorrow and since I'm going to the same place I most likely would get freshlook.Is freshlook better than acuvue? If not could I ask my eye doctor if I could have acuvue instead of freshlook?
