Can I buy contact lenses at the opticians?

So I use dailies contact lenses and need some new disposable ones. I get sent them every month but cos of lack of money I cancelled my order for this month. Now I have some money and I need the contact lenses now, If i go to the opticians will they be able to let me buy them there or will they tell me I have to order them and get them delivered? I am with boots d&a opticians

How to put my contact lenses in?

I try and try to put my contact lenses in but I can't, and I get really frustrated! I have touched my eye with them but then I blink and the lense falls of my finger. That's the closest I have gotten to putting them in and I'm worried that I mite never get them in! Please help!!!

Hi everyone
I have black hair and brown eyes iam getting eye contacts from freshlook colorblends. I really like lighter color so i decided to get sterling gray but i think brilliant blue is also lighter.i don know which one to chose and which one most of girls like.guys with black hair and sterling gray eyes or with blue eyes.
any help will be appreciated.

I've ran out of contacts.?

I've ran out of contact lenses and I have to wait until tomorrow to be able to contact specsavers… But I have to go to school (sixthform) back on Monday and I have VERY WEAK vision for example: when I didn't have them on I couldn't tell the difference between my closest friend who I have known for 4/5 years to a stranger. I can't make out anything which is probably 90 Cms away from me which I know is bad… But, I know specsavers have to order them in so it'll take a week- what can I do in that week I'm not wearing them? I haven't got glasses by the way… I know there's not much to do but still… It's worth a shot

Can eye exercises really improve short sightedness?

I have really bad eye sight. I am really short sighted.My left lens is -6.00 and my right is about -5.00. I've been doing exercises for about a month now.

They include zooming on your thumb, by pushing it and pulling it away from my face, focusing on far objects for 30 seconds after focusing on near objects for 30 seconds, and palming.

I have to admit, i think my short sightedness nay have improved slightly, but i might be a bit delusional, as i look at these letters from a certain distance away, which at first I couldn't see so clearly, but now i could see a bit more clearly.

Any answers?

Well, I'm looking at buying colored contacts from this website and I don't know how to fill out the doctor part of the order. I've had my eyes checked, I have perfect vision so I don't need a perscription, but it still says I need the doctors information. The place I went to last doesn't have the doctors name, only the phone number.Is there any way for me to get around putting in doctor information?

Coz people said I look so much better without my glasses, so I was wondering what I should do. (I can't put on lenses because I have that fear of putting them on).So, will it damage my eyes?

Ok so i'm 14 and for halloween i want so contact lenses that make your eye go all black i dont know where i could order these within the uk though and if i was to get these contact lenses do they last like a life time if you look after them or do they only last a certain amount of time for e.g. can you only wear them once or can you wear them as much as you like for as long as you like
